[질문] whether 과if 중에 둘다뒤에 or not이붙나요 아님 if만?

'if or not'은 안 되고 ‘if ~ or not'은 가능합니다. whether은 당연히 whether~or not 가능하구요. 자세한건 http://goo.gl/vcjk7y참고해주세요.
